The short answer
EPR Filing HQ is an independent service of Voraus LLC. We prepare packaging EPR registrations and annual reports for consumer brands in the six Circular Action Alliance states. You decide your producer status, and you certify and submit every report.
What we do
- Collect packaging specs from your suppliers and keep the evidence.
- Build a SKU-by-component packaging record that you own.
- Prepare each registration and report, with a written methodology and a submission guide.
- Answer your questions and CAA follow-ups by email.
What we don’t do
- We are not a law firm and don’t give legal advice or legal opinions.
- We never log into your CAA account, and we never sign or certify for you.
- We don’t pay or hold CAA or state fees; you pay CAA directly.
How we check facts
- Primary sources first: the statute or regulation, then the state agency’s pages, then CAA’s published documents.
- Every fact carries a date: each page shows when its facts were last checked, and every table lists its sources.
- No guessed numbers: if we can’t confirm a figure from a primary source, we leave it out.
- Sample figures are labeled: our sample EPR Check uses an invented company, and says so.
Corrections
If you spot an error or a newer rule, email hello@eprfilinghq.com. We check it against the source and update the page with a new date.
