On Oregon DEQ’s producer status list?
How the list works and how to catch up. Checked November 3, 2026.
The short answer
Oregon DEQ publishes a quarterly list of producers it hasn’t seen register, report or pay through CAA. If your company is on it, first decide whether you are a producer in Oregon. If you are, register with CAA and file the missed reports. The list itself tells you how to contact DEQ if you think it is wrong.

How we help
A catch-up year is $1,500 for each missed data year, covering all states, added to any plan. We prepare the registration, collect your supplier specs and prepare each missed report with a methodology; you log in, certify and submit. We can’t promise how DEQ or CAA will respond.
